I grew up in an entrepreneurial family and am passionate about using my lifetime of experience. My grandfather started an office equipment and stationery business in 1931. Ternes Drive-In Office Equipment, you see, my grandpa was a bit ahead of his time. You could actually drive up to the window at the side of the shop and pass your office machine through the window for repair. Brilliant!
As a kid I helped out in the store and have wonderful memories of going with my dad on service calls on weekends. If you are self employed you are well aware that work doesn't necessarily just happen between 9 and 5. And this is the beauty of self employment. I worked for a Fortune 500 Company for 15 years until my position was relocated and I chose not to relocate.
I have returned to self employment and am extremely grateful. I have experienced immense growth through coaching. My passion has blossomed, my heart is open and my desire and willingness to take risks has catapulted me forward in more ways than I have space to write here. My relationships are more open and honest, I am more grounded and centered than I ever believed I could be and I have opened myself up to having amazing friendships and connections.
